How do your shirts fit?
Most shirts use unisex sizing and fit true to size. Choose your normal size for a relaxed fit or size up for an oversized look. If you would like to see a sizing chart, contact us and we’d be glad to provide one.
What is your turnaround time?
Most orders are made within 5 to 7 business days. Custom requests, special orders, supplier delays and shipping may require additional time.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.99. Promotional free shipping offers will be shown on the website when available.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. Contact Dolly’s Designs through Facebook or Instagram Messenger. We will discuss the design, availability, price and estimated completion time before the order is placed.
How should I care for my shirt?
Wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the design.
Do you accept returns?
Because items are made to order, returns are generally not accepted for sizing changes or buyer preference. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery with pictures so we can make it right.
Can colors look different in person?
Yes. Screen settings and the handmade process may cause slight differences in color, placement and appearance. Bleached shirts are individually made, so each one will be unique.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. Once production begins, the order cannot usually be changed or canceled.
