Return policy:

• Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Customer pays return shipping for sizing changes or buyer’s remorse
• Original shipping charges are not refundable
• Personalized or custom-made items are final sale
• Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are replaced at no cost
• Problems must be reported within 7 days, preferably with photographs
• Cancellations accepted within 12 hours of ordering, provided production hasn’t started
